Lol even managed to twist their arms and got them to give a little acapella taste of what will be coming soon.

Two young men on a positive tip as they say - proving as we know at NCC that with a little support and encouragment there is a wealth of talent ready to take to the netwaves depicting a very different picture to the media stereotype so often portrayed elsewhere.

So big up Ak and B Dot - remember where you saw and heard them first.

<itunes:summary>As work gets underway at the Olympic Park for the 2012 Olympics, more and more East Enders are asking what are they going to get out of it. For people living in and around the area it's not just about a couple of weeks of sporting events in the Summer of 2012, it's about a lasting legacy.

But can the promise of “thriving, sustainable communities” become a reality? Sound Radio reporter Pete Day went down to Stratford to investigate. Meeting up with local people as well as Josh Ryan-Collins from the New Economics Foundation and Tom Travers from the London Development Agency.

Sound Radio - A Positive Voice from East London at The Number One Centre – for a number of reasons.
